The KDL-40EX520 should be priced a good bit under the EX720 due to lack of the MotionFlow feature (increased Hz rate). However, if you are not a videophile great picture hound or have to have the hottest looking TV on the market, but instead want some very good Internet TV functionality and WiFi capability this may the TV for you. Under $900 is an appropriate price. Competition comes from 40" LED televisions like the Samsung UN40D5500 and LG 42LV3500
