Vizio SV421XVT 42" LCD HDTV

The Vizio SV421XVT 42" LCD should be one of the most affordable 240hz LCDs on the market. Similar to LG's 240hz LCDs, Vizio uses a scanning backlight as opposed to a system that inserts frames like those used by Sony and Samsung. The scanning backlight system turns the backlight on and off quickly to achieve it's 240hz specification.
