Calibration: The Samsung LN52A750 calibrated very well to D6500 with our Sencore Auto Cal Pro test setup. Following are easy to follow adjustments to help any user dial this TV in. By menu adjustment of the backlight setting, the user can improve viewing conditions without substantially impacting contrast ratio or color information. Tune the backlight up for brightly rooms and down for darker ones.

Contrast Ratio: Contrast ratio for the LN52A750 using an ANSI checkerboard pattern measured an impressive result of 248. This Samsung TV is fairly dark for an LCD, but the black levels really shine.
