Calibration: The Samsung LN46A750 calibrated very well to D6500K with our Sencore Auto Cal Pro test setup. Following are easy to follow adjustments to help any user dial this TV in. Adjust the backlight setting up for brighter high ambient light rooms and down slightly for low light rooms. Doing so will have minimal impact to the contrast ration and color coordinates.

Contrast Ratio: Contrast ratio for the LN46A750 using an ANSI checkerboard pattern measured a fair result of 1143. This Samsung TV is fairly dark for an LCD, but the black levels really shine.
